Foxconn Group’s “Smart Entertainment Product Factory” project, with a total investment of 263,7 million USD on an area of 21,5 hectares, is expected to become a high-tech manufacturing base in the region. To meet the design capacity of 4,18 million products/year, the factory infrastructure must meet strict technical standards.

Technical Highlights: Conquering Large Aperture Structure
The “heart” of the project, Factory A, is gradually taking shape with an impressive scale: 110m wide, 261m long and a roof height of up to 17m. This is the item that best demonstrates the technical capacity of Hai Long Steel Structure.
To create a column-free production space, our engineering team is implementing a Jack Beam system solution that is longer than 12m.
With the goal of completing a huge amount of work in 110 days, the project poses a challenge of speed and accuracy. Hai Long Steel Structure is solving this challenge with a well-planned strategy:
