Dong Phuc Industrial Park is located in Dong Viet commune and Canh Thuy ward, situated on the Nanning – Lang Son – Hanoi – Hai Phong – Quang Ninh economic corridor. Notably, the Dong Phuc project is approximately 20km from Gia Binh International Airport.
The project is nearly [scale] 355 ha, total investment capital 3.700 trillion VNDg, operating period of 50 years. The investor is Dong Phuc Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company ( thuộc Hoa Phat Group).
This area is being developed into a comprehensive industrial zone, applying modern and environmentally friendly technologies. The industrial zone's technical infrastructure is expected to include many components, meeting all the needs of investors.
Specifically, the industrial park has a stable power supply from two 110/22kV substations. It also boasts its own clean water plant with a capacity of 16.300 m³/day, providing continuous water supply for production activities. In addition, a comprehensive fire prevention and fighting system is in place, with fire hydrants strategically placed along the internal roads.
In addition to industrial land, the project also allocates a large area for green spaces and water features, and adjacent to the Dong Phuc Industrial Park is a large-scale urban and service area of over 41 hectares.
Currently, Hoa Phat operates the Hoa Mac Industrial Park (Ninh Binh), Pho Noi A and Yen My 2 Industrial Parks (Hung Yen). The occupancy rate of these industrial parks is approximately 95% of the area where technical infrastructure has been invested, with the Hoa Mac Industrial Park having a 100% occupancy rate.
Previously, the People's Committee of Hung Yen province also approved the investment plan for Industrial Park No. 06 – Phase 1 of Hoa Phat Group with an investment capital of over 2.700 billion VND.
According to the plan, the project, covering an area of 230,05 hectares, will be implemented in An Thi and Xuan Truc communes, Hung Yen province.
According to statistics, Bac Ninh province has 43 out of 52 industrial zones with approved planning, covering an area of over 13.000 hectares. Of these, 36 industrial zones have received investment approval, covering approximately 10.500 hectares.
In addition, Bac Ninh province currently has 64 out of 96 industrial clusters with invested and operational technical infrastructure, covering an area of over 2.100 hectares.
