Bac Ninh – The investment project to build an urban area serving Thuan Thanh III Industrial Park – Sub-area B has a total investment of more than 10,7 trillion VND.
The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just sent a document to the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security to seek opinions on the proposal to adjust the investment project to build an urban area serving Thuan Thanh III Industrial Park - Sub-area B. The province requested the two ministries to determine whether the project belongs to an area that requires national defense and security. This is the basis for determining whether the project is licensed to be sold to foreigners or not.
The investment project to build an urban area serving Thuan Thanh III Industrial Park - Sub-area B is located in Gia Dong ward, Thuan Thanh town, Bac Ninh province.
The project scale is 702.850,4 m2 including public works areas: Healthcare, education, administration (administrative headquarters, agencies and neighborhood cultural houses) and commercial service and office areas.
The total expected capital is more than 10.700 billion VND, proposed by Trung Quy - Bac Ninh Investment Joint Stock Company.
The urban area will operate for 50 years, with implementation progress from 2025 to 2035.
The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province assigned the Department of Finance, the Military Command, and the Provincial Police to provide records and documents and work with the two ministries upon request.
Bac Ninh is one of the industrial capitals in the North, concentrating a series of large FDI companies in the fields of manufacturing technology equipment, electronics, and semiconductors.
In recent years, Bac Ninh has also become the destination of a series of large investors in the real estate sector.
Currently, 7 new urban area projects with a total investment of nearly 105 trillion VND are being accelerated in this locality.
Transport infrastructure in Bac Ninh is changing rapidly. Gia Binh Airport in Xuan Lai Commune and Gia Binh Town, Gia Binh District, Bac Ninh Province was just started construction at the end of last year.
The Prime Minister agreed to upgrade and build Gia Binh airport to international standards, from level 3C to level 4E.
Hanoi City has also agreed on a plan to build a nearly 50km, 120m wide road connecting Gia Binh Airport with the center of the capital.
