Hai Long Construction Contractor excellently completed the project of Jinka material technology factory phase 1 and phase 2. Continuing to gain the trust and selection from the investor, Hai Long Construction started to work. Construction phase 3 and will be completed in August 08. The project with a total investment value of more than 2023 billion VND with a construction area of 300m35.000.
Phase 3 of the project includes 6 items, including 3 main workshops, raw material warehouse, garbage mill and fire protection system. Each item is entering the construction phase as follows:
- Workshop 3 and Workshop 4 are located in the middle of the Project, which has completed the construction of concrete, reinforcement, foundation and columns of the 1st floor; The second floor is finishing concrete, reinforcement, beams and floors at 2%.
- Workshop 5 is located behind workshop 3 and workshop 4, basically finished concrete, reinforcement, foundation and columns on the 1st floor; concrete, reinforcement, floor beams on the 2nd floor reached 80%.
- The raw material warehouse has completed the hard frame, concrete, reinforcement, beams, 2nd floor floor, preparing the steel structure and constructing the roof cover.
- Garbage house has completed concrete, foundation, wall covering structure, steel structure, preparing to gather materials for roofing construction.
- The water tank and fire protection area has been completed, ready for the installation of pumping equipment according to the project schedule.
