At Hai Long Construction, we believe that training is the key to improving professional expertise and personal development skills. A special training session took place at the office and factory, inspiring the learning spirit of the entire team.
The sales team was trained in basic knowledge of steel structures, business skills and modern customer management software. Under the guidance of Mr. Le Xuan Hieu - Deputy Director of Design Consulting Center and Mr. Pham Minh Hoang - Project Manager, after the training session, the spirit was tempered to reap success in the construction profession we have chosen.
Also on the same day, Mr. Pham Anh Tien - Chairman of Taiyo Group personally led the delegation to visit the factory, presented in detail about each production workshop, each modern machinery line, shared plans to upgrade equipment, improve management and develop human resources, bringing the total capacity from 4.000 tons/month to 6.000 tons/month in the near future.
In 2025, training courses will be held regularly to equip the team with the necessary knowledge and skills. Certainly, excellent personnel will together lead Hai Long Construction to achieve great goals, bringing outstanding success to the company.
