Project Warehouse No. 1 belongs to Lach Huyen Logistics Center (Hai Phong) This is one of the large-scale logistics infrastructure projects that Hai Long Construction is honored to have the trust of the investor to cooperate with.
With a total planned area of over 12 hectares in phase 1, the project is expected to become a crucial link, promoting maritime and port services and contributing to the socio-economic development of Hai Phong City. This also serves as a foundation for the planned expansion in phase 2 (20 hectares), expected in mid-2026.
As the construction contractor, Hai Long is focusing its resources to bring the project to completion on schedule, ensuring it meets the strictest technical standards of a modern logistics center.
As of the end of March 2026, Hai Long Construction has rapidly completed the steel frame structure and is focusing on completing the remaining 20% of the warehouse foundation and the canopy system. The entire project is expected to be completed and handed over to the investor in April 2026.
The impressive construction efficiency at the project is the reason why the Investor continues to entrust Hai Long with the entire project, including the main gate, fire fighting tank, and project fence. Currently, these items are on schedule and are expected to be completed simultaneously in April 2026.
