We regularly organize public bidding with the participation of contractors who have been tested for their capacity by specialized departments and divisions of the company. The bid opening sessions are conducted according to the standards, with the simplification of the one-time bidding process, which is recorded by the bidders themselves and kept confidential at the bidding session. It is then opened and publicly announced in the presence of the parties. Since the subcontractors have all been assessed for capacity, the Contractor with the best price will be selected to negotiate before confirming the bid winning and signing the contract, however, if any unit has not match or due to arithmetic error..etc, the subcontractor with the 2nd best price will be selected for further negotiation and then the 3rd contractor, if the same is true for the 2nd contractor.
