At the project site Fanstech Vietnam Factory, Hai Long Construction, as the General Contractor, is maintaining a focused construction pace, applying effective project management measures to ensure safety, quality and closely following key progress milestones committed to with the Investor.
Construction is currently focused on two main factories.
- For Factory X1, Hai Long Construction has completed 100% of the rigid frame (reinforced concrete structure). In particular, the entire volume of floor beams at cos 10.4m - one of the complex structures, requiring high construction techniques due to the very large floor height - has been completed. Construction teams are urgently implementing the next tasks, with steel structure installation reaching 50% and wall construction reaching 30% of the volume.
- In parallel, Factory X2 has also completed 100% of the hard frame. The progress of finishing items is following closely with X1, with steel structure erection reaching 50% and wall construction reaching 35% of the volume.
- To ensure the overall handover goal, other infrastructure and auxiliary items (such as internal roads, drainage systems, guard houses, etc.) are also being deployed synchronously, ensuring that they do not affect the overall progress of the entire project.
With the current progress, the Construction Management Board is controlling the items well and affirms its commitment to hand over the 01st Floor (Factory X1) to the Investor to install machinery and equipment in October 10. Next, the 2025nd Floor (Factory X02) will be handed over in November 2, and the entire project will be handed over in January 11.
