On December 19, 2025, at Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park – Hai Phong City, Inauguration ceremony Viet Phap Steel Sheet Manufacturing Plant No. 2 The event has officially taken place, marking a significant milestone in the company's strategy to expand its scale and enhance its production capacity. The project is a well-invested undertaking with a total capital of 45 million USD, featuring modern and integrated infrastructure and technology, aiming for a designed capacity of 600.000 tons/year, meeting the growing demand of the domestic and export markets for high-quality cold-rolled steel.
In the role of General Contractor, Hai Long Construction Joint Stock Company We are honored to have been chosen by the Investor to partner in implementing the project right from the crucial stages. With experience in constructing large-scale industrial projects, Hai Long Construction has focused its resources, organized construction scientifically, and strictly controlled quality, progress, and labor safety, gradually realizing a modern factory ready for efficient operation.
The project implementation process involves close, transparent, and collaborative efforts between the Investor and the General Contractor. Each completed item is not only a result of construction capabilities but also a testament to the trust, shared goals, and sense of responsibility of all parties involved in the project.
The inauguration ceremony of Cold Rolling Steel Plant No. 2 not only marks the official commissioning of a facility, but also opens a new phase of development for Viet Phap Steel – contributing to promoting Vietnam's steel industry towards modernization, sustainability, and deep integration.
