Dong Van 3 Industrial Park Investment Construction and Infrastructure Business Project has a land use scale of 223 hectares. To date, Taseco Land has completed the construction permit, EIA environmental impact assessment report, and fire prevention permit. The project has completed most of the site clearance work, reaching more than 200/223 hectares and has been allocated land by the People's Committee of Ha Nam province in the first phase with an area of 1 hectares.
Immediately after the groundbreaking ceremony, the Company will carry out technical infrastructure construction and is expected to hand over phase 1 land of nearly 100 hectares to investors to build the factory in the first quarter of 2025. Phase 2 and Phase 3 will be completed and handed over to investors by the end of 2025.
