Ha Nam province has just proposed to establish 10 new industrial parks (IPs) with an area of 2.111 hectares in the period 2021 - 2030 and 4 industrial parks after 2030.
On June 7.6, according to Lao Dong's research, in the draft planning dossier of Ha Nam province for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, in addition to existing industrial parks and industrial clusters, the People's Committee of Ha Nam province is expected to establish 10 new industrial parks with a total area of about 2.111 hectares.
Of which, 2.093 hectares of newly developed industrial park land and 18 hectares of land expanded from Dong Van II Industrial Park transferred to Binh Luc Industrial Park (phase 1).
10 industrial parks in Ha Nam proposed to be newly established in the period 2021 - 2030 are
- Dong Van V Industrial Park (Duy Tien town),
- Kim Bang I Industrial Park (Kim Bang district),
- Chau Giang I Industrial Park (Duy Tien town),
- Kim Bang II Industrial Park (Kim Bang district),
- Kim Bang IV Industrial Park (Kim Bang district),
- Binh Luc Industrial Park (Binh Luc district),
- Chau Giang II Industrial Park (Duy Tien town),
- Thai Ha II Industrial Park (Ly Nhan district),
- Kim Bang III Industrial Park (Kim Bang district)
Notably, after 2030, Ha Nam proposes to establish 4 new industrial parks with an area of about 890 hectares as follows:
- Thanh Binh I Industrial Park,
- Thanh Binh II Industrial Park (Binh Luc district),
- Thai Ha III Industrial Park (Ly Nhan district),
- Dao Ly Industrial Park (Ly Nhan district).
In the draft provincial planning period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, Ha Nam aims to become a centrally run city. By 2030, the province will become one of the region's high-tech industrial centers.
Regarding the plan to develop the industrial park system, Ha Nam province will plan industrial parks associated with urban and service areas with the orientation of attracting high-tech, high-value-added and environmentally friendly industries. .
