Industrial parks and clusters are ready to welcome investors.
According to comrade Le Trung Kien, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board, in the first 7 months of 2025, 12 industrial parks with a total area of 3.202 hectares were established in the city.
9 newly established industrial parks in the east include: Trang Due 3 with an area of 687 hectares; Vinh Quang 350 hectares; Thuy Nguyen phase 1 with an area of 247,8 hectares; Ngu Phuc 238,6 hectares; Nomura - Hai Phong phase 2 with an area of 230,8 hectares; Tan Trao 227,7 hectares; Tran Duong - Hoa Binh 207 hectares; Nam Trang Cat 9 hectares and Tien Lang airport industrial park (area B) with an area of 200,3 hectares.
3 newly established industrial parks in the west include: Hoang Dieu with an area of 245 hectares; Kim Thanh 2, phase 1 with an area of 234,6 hectares; Binh Giang 147,9 hectares.
The newly established industrial parks are all oriented to develop according to the model of ecological, high-tech, and supportive industrial parks, thereby creating a competitive advantage in attracting new generation high-quality investment capital flows.
To date, industrial parks and economic zones in the city have 1.900 projects with total capital attracting nearly 50 billion USD, creating jobs for more than 343.000 workers.
