At the beginning of the conference, Mr. Pham Tien Dung - General Director of the Company reported on the results of production and business in the first 6 months of 2018 with a total contract value: 735 billion VND, 92% of the plan for 2018, production value amount of 337 billion VND, 54% of the plan, revenue value of 256 billion VND, 39% of the plan, value of capital recovery of 310 billion VND reaching 43% of the plan. In addition to the contract exceeding the set target and the relatively completed output target, the remaining targets, especially the capital recovery target, have not been met. Operational orientation in the remaining 6 months of 2018 is to strengthen management, redefine the management process, and lay the foundation for development for the following years on all three blocks (offices, construction sites and homes. machine) specific:
- The office sector needs to further improve the marketing, bidding, and improve the professional skills more to do well in consulting clients.
