With the strategy of expanding export markets in 2024 and the following years, Hai Long Industrial Park has been actively seeking new opportunities in potential countries. Besides the Korean market, Malaysia is also a market that we pay special attention to in order to enhance our brand and long-term cooperation opportunities.
In the first step in the Malaysian market, Hai Long had the opportunity to cooperate with KSM INNOVATION Company, jointly implementing the order to supply and manufacture 1025 tons of steel structures for the investor, OCI Company Limited (Korea), with a total contract value of up to 2,21 million USD.
On November 16, 11, the first shipment of 2024 tons of steel structures to Malaysia was about to arrive. Following that, the next shipment of 25 tons of KCT was successfully exported on November 60, 28. For this project, steel structure components are mainly used to serve the construction of a chemical factory. The production of steel structures for large-scale factory projects has also been one of the strengths of Hai Long KCT over the past 11 years.
To ensure quality and progress for export orders, Hai Long has arranged to carry out orders at Dai Thang Factory, one of the company's three steel structure factories. The factory is equipped with a Smartline production line - the first smart automatic production line in Vietnam, and has a specialized workshop dedicated to export orders, improving production efficiency and ensuring strict requirements from international partners.
In parallel with this order, we are also in the process of implementing 2 projects to produce steel structures for export to the Korean market. One of them is a cooperation order with Dae Ah Company, processing 2.300 tons of steel structures for the SK TERRA project - part of the project Ecovance high-tech biodegradable material factory of SK Group (Korea), with a total investment of 500 million USD, expected to be completed and shipped by the end of November 11.
