On the morning of November 15, 2025, at Xuan Cau Duty Free Zone, Hai Long Construction Joint Stock Company and the Contractor Consortium (HTM Investment Group Joint Stock Company) solemnly held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Project. “Warehouse No. 1 – Tan Cang Lach Huyen Logistics Center”.
The ceremony was honored to welcome:
- Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tri - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tan Cang Lach Huyen Joint Stock Company
- Mr. Nguyen Vinh Hau - General Director of Lach Huyen International Deepwater Port Industrial Park and Logistics Joint Stock Company
- Mr. Vu Quang Huy - Head of Legal Department of Xuan Cau Group
- Representatives of the Senior Management Board of Hai Long Construction General Contractor and HTM Contractor Joint Venture.

This is a strategic event, marking the implementation of the first Logistics Center in Lach Huyen area.
Tan Cang Lach Huyen Logistics Center is being implemented in Xuan Cau Industrial Park and Duty Free Zone (over 700ha in size), after nearly two years of negotiation, research and preparation. The project is invested by Tan Cang Lach Huyen Joint Stock Company (a joint venture between Xuan Cau Group and Lach Huyen International Deepwater Port Industrial Park and Logistics Joint Stock Company).
With a total planning area of phase 1 of more than 12 hectares, the project is expected to become an important link, promoting maritime and seaport services, contributing to the socio-economic development of Hai Phong City. This is also the premise for the expansion plan of phase 2 (20 hectares) expected in mid-2026.
Selected through a competitive and transparent bidding process, Hai Long – HTM Construction Joint Venture is committed to delivering a quality, safe and on-schedule project.
In this project, Hai Long Construction is responsible for construction of items including:
- Warehouse No. 1: Area 16.200 m²
- Warehouse office No. 1: 2 floors, total floor area 400 m²
This project poses many major technical and schedule challenges:
- Technically: Due to the characteristics of the area near the estuary, the weak ground, the pile foundation solution must be complicated, requiring pile driving to a depth of over 50m to ensure load bearing. At the same time, the warehouse structure system must be calculated and constructed solidly to cope with harsh weather conditions.
- On progress: The project requires urgent completion in just 3-4 months, aiming to be officially put into operation from April 2026.
