Gia Binh Industrial Park has basically completed compensation, support, and site clearance work and has currently attracted 13 registered projects with a total capital of more than 6.000 billion VND.
On November 5.11, information from the project investor said that after a period of active implementation, up to now, the Gia Binh Industrial Park project has basically completed the work of compensation, support, and site clearance (GPMB).
Previously, until mid-October, the project still encountered problems with land acquisition for 10 households that had not received compensation with a total area of about 64 hectares.
On October 14.10, after inspecting the project, Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan requested localities with industrial park projects to urgently complete site clearance work.
According to the project investor, Bac Ninh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment, Construction and Business One Member Co., Ltd., the project currently has 13 licensed projects, including: 3 FDI projects with a total registered capital of 119,2 million USD (about more than 3.000 billion VND) and 7 domestic projects with a capital of nearly 3.000 billion VND; and 3 projects preparing for investment.
Gia Binh Industrial Park project has a total area of over 307 hectares, located in 3 localities of Gia Binh district: Dong Cuu, Dai Bai, Lang Ngam and Mao Dien commune (Thuan Thanh town), with a total investment of over 2.578 billion VND, construction will start from July 7.2023.
According to the report of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, up to now, the locality has 16 concentrated industrial parks approved for development planning by the Prime Minister, with a total area of 6.397,68 hectares; 12/16 industrial parks have come into operation.
The established industrial parks have an area of leased industrial land of about 2.524,02 hectares, with an occupancy rate of 61,07%.
Data up to September 9.2024, Bac Ninh industrial parks attracted nearly 2.100 secondary projects (FDI nearly 1.430 projects, domestic more than 625 projects).
