A green, smart and sustainable industrial park is about to be formed right in the most vibrant logistics center in the North – Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park, Hai Phong City with a total investment of nearly 1.000 billion VND.

This is the first project in the strategic cooperation between Thang Long Corporation - JSC (TTL) and EHA Hai Phong Industrial Development JSC (EHA Industrial), marking a new step in the journey of expanding the industrial infrastructure investment sector of the "giant" Thang Long bridge and road construction.
According to the agreement just signed, the two enterprises will jointly develop a system of factories, warehouses and technical infrastructure in industrial parks, targeting the main customer group of foreign investors moving their supply chains to Vietnam. Not only stopping at construction, the joint venture will also undertake the exploitation, leasing and management of the works, aiming to form a complete, modern and environmentally friendly industrial ecosystem.
The project is located on an area of 9 hectares in Nam Dinh Vu, with a total investment of about 900 billion VND, and is positioned as an international standard factory and warehouse complex, serving a variety of industries from logistics, industrial production to high technology. The items will be developed according to the RBF (Ready Built Factory) and RBW (Ready Built Warehouse) models, in a larger plan to expand the portfolio of at least 100 hectares of ready-built factories and warehouses in the next two years.
EHA Industrial will leverage its financial network, connecting domestic and foreign banks, financial institutions and investment funds, helping to optimize capital flows for projects. Meanwhile, Thang Long - an enterprise that has participated in a series of key national projects such as Thang Long Bridge, Chuong Duong Bridge, Cat Linh - Ha Dong Metro Line, North - South Expressway, Long Thanh Airport.
In addition to key transport infrastructure projects, Thang Long is currently the investor of two large BOT projects: BOT Yen Lenh and BOT 188. At the same time, it is managing and exploiting many real estates and existing factory systems.
