Cam Khe Industrial Park approved by the Prime Minister to be added to the Planning for the Development of Industrial Parks in Vietnam in Document No. 1742/TTg-KTN dated October 16, 10. Cam Khe Industrial Park was additionally approved with an area of 2008 hectares. On May 450, 13, the People's Committee of Phu Tho province issued Decision No. 05/QD-UBND on the establishment of Cam Khe Industrial Park. At the decision to establish, Cam Khe Industrial Park has an area of 2016 hectares located in Thanh Nga, Sai Nga, Son Nga and Xuong Thinh communes, Cam Khe district, Phu Tho province. On October 1092, 450, the Prime Minister agreed to the investment policy for the investment project to build and operate infrastructure of Cam Khe industrial park, Phu Tho province in Decision No. 11/TTg-CN , the project was assigned to Ao Vua Joint Stock Company and Duc Anh Construction Joint Stock Company as the two investors implementing the project. The project has an operating period until 10.

Infrastructure system at Cam Khe Industrial Park - Phu Tho
- Power system: The power source at the Industrial Park is taken from the 110kV transformer station. The industrial park designs a 22 KV, 35 KV power line system to supply power to the foot of the factory fence to ensure use and production needs for projects in the industrial park.
- Water supply system: The industrial park's water source is taken from a local water plant, ensuring a capacity of 12.000 m3/day and night. The water supply system is designed in a circular network, going to the foot of the factory fence.
- Waste water treatment system: The industrial park invests in building a wastewater treatment system with a capacity of 10.500m3/day and night. Wastewater is collected according to a separate system and concentrated at the industrial park's wastewater treatment station.
- Transportation system: The industrial park invests in building roads connecting to Hanoi - Lao Cai Expressway through intersection IC 10, national highway 32C, internal traffic, the industrial park designs and builds a main road of 44,5m wide, road surface both sides of the median strip are 11,25m wide; The internal road of the industrial park is 11,25m wide.
- Communication systems: Smooth communication system is provided by network operators such as Viettel and VNPT.
- Fire protection system: The industrial park arranges fire hydrants along the road, at junctions, intersections and along the pipeline route with a standard distance of 120-150m with a fire hydrant.
- Rainwater drainage system: The rainwater drainage network is designed along the roads, rainwater is collected in ditches and then drained into drainage canals and rivers.
Current status attracts investors to participate
Currently, Cam Khe Industrial Park has completed site clearance and infrastructure construction with 50 hectares of land, of which the area has also attracted and handed over large projects into operation such as: Troy Hardware, Hwa Sung Vina, VNIC Industrial, JS Automotive, Leeho Vina, Fashion Raindrop, ... For the remaining land area, the industrial park investor is still quickly carrying out site clearance and infrastructure construction.
