Vsip Industrial Park - Bac Ninh was established under Decision No. 676/TTg-CN of the Prime Minister dated June 04, 6. In this document, the Prime Minister approved the Vietnam-Singapore Limited Liability Joint Venture Company as the investor in the construction of industrial, urban and service parks with a total area of about 2007 hectares, of which The industrial park is 700 hectares and the urban and service area is 500 hectares; At the same time, adding the Vietnam-Singapore industrial park in Bac Ninh province with an area of 200 hectares to the List of industrial parks expected to be prioritized for new establishment by 500 issued with Decision No. 2015/QD-TTg (August 1107, 21) by the Prime Minister. In November 8, VSIP Bac Ninh Industrial Park was started construction. The industrial park was planned by Singaporean architects and built according to international standards, focusing on environmental protection, creating industrial clean, green industrial park and a modern urban area in the North of Hanoi. With top environmental criteria, advantages in area, geographical location right next to Hanoi and located near convenient transportation roads, VSIP Industrial Park quickly becomes a clean industrial park, with environmental and industrial standards. Infrastructure system at VSIP Industrial Park - Bac Ninh
Electricity distribution system: The industrial park's power source is supplied directly from the national grid. Low voltage power lines are designed and arranged to run underground to the base of the factory. The low voltage power supply and lighting system in the Industrial Park is designed underground. The electricity system ensures that there is always enough supply for production and daily life in the Industrial Park
Clean water supply system: From the water exploitation and treatment plant supplied to the Industrial Park, phase I has a capacity of about 10.000 m3/day and night and phase 2 is 13.000 m3/day and night. The water supply system is designed to run according to ring network planning.
Waste water treatment system: The industrial park builds a wastewater treatment station in the southeast of the project. The wastewater drainage system is designed to be completely independent of the rainwater drainage system. Wastewater from factories and plants must be treated locally to level B before being discharged into the centralized wastewater drainage system of the Industrial Park. Domestic wastewater is collected into main sewer lines and transferred to the district's wastewater treatment station. The industrial park uses 3 step-down pumping stations in the area to transport all wastewater to the industrial park's treatment station. Average capacity is about 5.600 m3/day and night.
Road system in the area: The Central Road in the Industrial Park is 34m wide with 4 to 6 lanes; Main roads in the Industrial Park are 23m wide with 2 lanes; Lighting systems are set up along the roads.
Communication systems: Synchronously use the information cable system as fiber optic cable. Communication lines are underground. Power supply from telecommunications and television infrastructure in the region.
Fire protection system: Fire hydrants are installed along roads in the Industrial Park according to legal standards
Rainwater drainage system: The design slope for leveling in the Industrial Park is 0,4%. The rainwater drainage area is planned separately. The rainwater drainage pipe network is arranged along traffic routes with self-flowing mode, rainwater is collected by direct collection stations and drained into Huc and Duong rivers through Tri Phuong pumping station.
Current status attracts investors to participate
VSIP Bac Ninh Industrial Park - Division 2 of Bac Ninh province is urgently working on infrastructure construction and legal completion. It is expected that the project will be handed over to investors as early as 2023.
