Therefore, we always apply quality inspection standards according to Vietnamese standards and international standards, improving and supplementing through actual production, as well as referencing and learning from factories. in the steel structure manufacturing industry.

All stages at the factory are strictly inspected by the quality control team, conducted by specialized engineers who are trained through practice and QC expertise with certificates issued by competent authorities. .

The product quality control measures applied by Hai Long are: Penetration test method, magnetic test method, ultrasonic test method.

- 100% inspection: For finishing stages: Welding, painting, packing.

Testing methods and tools: Tape measure, caliper, naked eye, gauge, dry film gauge, weld height gauge (specified in batches).

- Probability testing: Ultrasonic, magnetic, penetrative, measuring, visual inspection. Performed for all semi-finished products and finished products.

- Instruments and equipment for inspection and acceptance: Periodically inspected by a competent authority as prescribed:

Product quality check process

Supplies: The main and auxiliary materials are 100% inspected and the probability when entering the warehouse, the basis of the bill of lading, the purpose of use and the standard of the material.

Before leaving warehouse for production, materials are inspected, accepted, sampled and verified by customers at the competent inspection agency according to regulations.

After the above inspection and acceptance process, all materials are put into use when they have been verified, analyzed, tested and met specific quality requirements.

Check the cutting phase: Performed by producer (self-check) and process KCS staff (probability)

Test method: Actual measurement, visual observation (deformation), make and save the test results, submit to the factory manager the minutes (if seriously inconsistent)

Check jigs and welds:

- Fixing inspection: On the basis of manufacturing drawings, use rulers and gauges to check.

For rough jigs: Mainly self-testing (100%), KCS checks the probability, avoiding mass failure and deformation.

Testing tools: Gauge, protractor, tape measure.

For fine-tuning: perform test (self-test and 100% KCS test, pay special attention to define: datum, reference point and calibration curve)

Use: Gauges, rulers, calipers to check on the basis of manufacturing drawings.

-  Welding test: Visually, welding height gauge, gauge (To detect post-weld deformation)

Rough welding: Visual inspection and measurement of welding height.

Crystal welding: Visual inspection, welding height measurement, penetration, ultrasonic, probability magnetism.

Mark and indicate to the production department that the defect is detected and require a time to fix it.
