Kinh Bac's subsidiary has just been approved to invest in Trang Due 3 Industrial Park in Hai Phong City with a total capital of more than 8.000 billion VND.
This content is stated in the decision on investment policy for the project to build and operate infrastructure of Trang Due 3 Industrial Park signed by Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha.
The project has a total land area of over 650 hectares, located in 5 communes of An Lao district, Hai Phong city. The total investment capital is over 8.000 billion VND.
According to the 1/2000 planning, the project includes 28 planning blocks, expected to attract 40.000-50.000 workers. The project will operate for 50 years, oriented to be a multi-industry industrial park, clean industry, high-tech industry.
Saigon – Hai Phong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company is the investor of this industrial park. In Hai Phong, they are also the investor of phase 1 and 2 of Trang Due industrial park. Up to now, both projects have been 100% occupied.
Established in July 7, Saigon – Hai Phong Industrial Park Company is a unit of Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation (KBC) with an ownership ratio of more than 2006%. Kinh Bac has the strength to build industrial park infrastructure, with outstanding projects such as Que Vo Industrial Park (Bac Ninh).
