Accordingly, on September 28, Hai Long Construction officially appointed Deputy Head of Project Department and restructured the department, a strategic step to improve management and construction capacity. The appointment ceremony was attended by the Company's Board of Directors and all staff at the headquarters. Specifically, the decision:
- Appoint Mr. Dinh Xuan Khoa holds the position of Deputy Head of Project Department.With 10 years of experience in managing and operating projects in the field of steel structures, along with his deep understanding of engineering and management ability, he will be the key factors helping the Project Department achieve new achievements in the coming time.
- Assign tasks and rename the Materials and Equipment Management department to the Materials and Equipment Department. Appoint (Mr.) Do Duc Thuan to hold the position of Head of Materials Department.
- Establishment of Construction Equipment Management Department and Appoint (Mr.) Vu Dinh Cuong - Deputy Head of Department - In charge of Construction Equipment Management Department.
Regarding the decision to restructure the department, the Board of Directors will aim to specialize and professionalize business processes, optimize the efficiency of management and operation of construction equipment and construction materials for projects to be implemented synchronously, quickly and accurately.
