On the morning of May 28, 2025, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Pourin Vietnam Special Welding Manufacturing Plant – Phase 3 took place in a solemn atmosphere. The event was honored with the presence of senior management from the investor – Pourin Vietnam Special Welding Manufacturing Co., Ltd., the leadership of the general contractor Hai Long Construction, representatives from the Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park Management Board, and esteemed partners.
This is the third consecutive time that Hai Long Construction has had the honor of being chosen by the investor to handle all three phases of the project. Notably, the entire Pourin project boasts a total investment of up to 85 million USD, covering a total land area of over 212.480 m². This impressive scale makes Pourin the second largest landowner in the Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park. Successfully conquering such a large-scale project is the strongest evidence of Hai Long Construction's capabilities, superior construction expertise, and solid reputation as a general contractor.
That pride was further amplified when, at the same time, Hai Long received the honor of being named for the third consecutive time in the Top 500 Largest Private Enterprises in Vietnam and the Top 10 Reputable Infrastructure and Industrial Construction Contractors.
PROJECT INFORMATION:
- Location: Lot CN19, Nam Dinh Vu Free Trade Zone and Industrial Park, within the Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone, Hai Phong City
- Scale: Land area of over 62.000 m², total construction floor area of over 45.000 m² (including 3 factory blocks, a 5-story office building and supporting facilities).
- Project timeline: Construction to be completed by November 2026 | Fire safety inspection and acceptance to be completed by December 2026.
The efficient operation and high performance of Pourin Plant No. 1 after more than a year of operation, along with the close support from the main investor, is a great motivation for Hai Long Construction.
