On June 30, 06, the groundbreaking ceremony of the project Gabriel Vietnam Manufacturing Plant was solemnly held at Lot CN12, Nam Cau Kien Industrial Park, Hoang Lam Ward, Thuy Nguyen, Hai Phong City. Accompanying Gabriel in this important project, Hai Long Construction will take on the role of general contractor for the project. Previously, the construction contract was signed by the two parties on June 16, 6 at the head office.
Gabriel Vietnam Factory Project is deployed on a land area of 25.334,55 m² with a total construction area of 13.831,38 m². The project is well-planned, dedicating more than 20% of the area (equivalent to 5.069,26 m²) to green space, demonstrating a commitment to sustainable development.
The project is expected to be completed within 225 days, an urgent schedule that shows Gabriel's determination to quickly put the factory into operation.
This is the second project that Hai Long Construction started in June, right after the Revotool Vietnam Factory project. The consecutive winning of bids and implementation of large-scale industrial projects not only affirms the prestige and capacity of Hai Long Construction but is also a clear demonstration of the strong investment wave pouring into Hai Phong, especially after the merger of the two provinces of Hai Phong - Hai Duong, which is expected to create an infrastructure and economic boost for the entire region.
