The Song Mai Nghia Trung Industrial Park adds to the supply of industrial land in Bac Ninh with its clean land and synchronously developed infrastructure.
For many years, Bac Ninh has played a central role in the production of Northern Vietnam, attracting foreign investment in the fields of electronics, high technology, and supporting industries. The industrial park covers a total area of 197.1 hectares and has been comprehensively invested in key infrastructure items. The water supply system has a capacity of 9.800 m3 per day, combined with a booster pump station to ensure stable operation; the fire fighting system meets standards and is certified by the relevant authorities. The centralized wastewater treatment plant covers an area of 2,36 hectares, with an initial capacity of 8.000 m3 per day, which can be upgraded to 18.000 m3, applying Anoxic-Oxic (AO) biological technology to ensure environmentally friendly treatment.
In addition, internal transportation, telecommunications, and supporting amenities such as green spaces, parking lots, and accompanying services are planned in a coordinated manner to create a stable and long-term production environment for businesses.
In terms of location, the Song Mai Nghia Trung Industrial Park is situated on the northern industrial belt, conveniently connected to Hanoi, Hai Phong, and other northern trade routes. According to data from the Foreign Investment Agency, in the first eight months of 2025, Bac Ninh recorded over US$4,68 billion in registered investment capital, while Hanoi reached over US$3,8 billion and Hai Phong reached US$1,71 billion, continuing to be among the leading localities nationwide.
The area surrounding the project has developed a high-tech manufacturing ecosystem with the presence of many large electronics companies. Participating in this existing production network helps businesses shorten deployment time and effectively utilize the regional supply chain.
