Only 1 month after the official groundbreaking ceremony (September 30, 2025), Hai Long Construction General Contractor quickly completed site preparation work and officially launched the project. GIS Technology Electronic Components Factory (Bac Ninh) into the foundation construction phase: Mass pile driving.

Recognizing the importance and strict time requirements of a high-tech project, immediately after receiving the site, Hai Long Construction Management Board mobilized maximum human resources and equipment, deployed leveling and positioning work at the most urgent speed.
As of today, the construction site has met the conditions and officially started mass pile driving. This is a key initial step, creating a solid foundation for all the main items of the project, including the 4-storey factory (42.000 m²) and auxiliary works.
The start of foundation construction within only 20 days from the groundbreaking not only demonstrates the scientific construction organization capacity and professionalism of Hai Long's engineering team but also affirms the General Contractor's reputation in meeting and surpassing the strict requirements of the Investor GIS Technology.
