The ceremony was attended by Mr. Khau Gia Huan - Project Director. On Hai Long Construction's side, there was (Mr.) Pham Trung Lanh - Deputy General Director - Director of the Project Management Board; (Mr.) Do Thanh Hung – Deputy Project Director; Heads/deputy heads of sections, departments and commanders, team leaders, technical supervisors of departments at the project site.
The UDElectronic Vietnam Factory project is built on a land area of nearly 6 hectares in Thai Ha Industrial Park phase I, Ha Nam province, including 2 factories, 1 office building, construction started at the end of March. /03 and expected construction time is 2024 months. This is the third project that Hai Long Construction has implemented in Thai Ha Industrial Park, after the project TSMT Vietnam Factory and and project Chiateng Vietnam Factory.
Given the scale and importance of the project, the Company's Board of Directors decided to select the UDElectronic Vietnam Factory Project as a key project to respond to the Company's 25th Anniversary. To ensure the project is completed according to the direction and commitment to the investor, the Board of Directors of Hai Long Construction Joint Stock Company launched an emulation movement among all employees, project management board, Supervision consultants are implementing the project, striving to complete and hand over the project in August 08.
The project management board directs the construction sites directly on the project to continue their efforts to complete their tasks. Speaking at the ceremony, (Mr.) Pham Trung Lanh - Deputy General Director - Director of the Project Executive Board requested: “We only have 5 months left to implement the project as planned, the entire construction site must strive to ensure progress, quality, safety and absolute safety and savings. As Director of the Executive Board, I and all of my colleagues are committed to striving to complete and bring the project to a successful finish line."
At the ceremony, (Mr.) Do Thanh Hung – Deputy Project Director made highly directional statements: "It is a great honor that the UDElectronic Vietnam project was selected by the board of directors as a key project to launch an emulation program in response to the company's 25th anniversary. Besides, it must be determined that there will be pressure on the company. with all of us, from the project management board to the construction teams and all the brothers and sisters participating in this project. Our responsibility will be to try and turn pressure into motivation to bring the project to a successful completion, ensure quality, ensure progress and especially labor safety. I still remember a very clear instruction from Chairman Pham Anh Tien: Projects are only allowed to succeed, not allowed to fail. and together we will complete this direction well. Personally, I will try my best to cooperate with my brothers to achieve a common goal."
For a project to be successful, many important factors are needed, and there needs to be a combination between the office block, construction site and factory. And the office block acts as the "brain" of the project, responsible for planning, managing, coordinating and controlling the overall project. Representatives of the office sector made specific commitments corresponding to practical actions of each department participating in the project:

- As a department that plays a key role in ensuring the success of a project, (Mr.) Do Duc Thuan - Head of Materials and Equipment Department commits to: “Always provide adequate materials at the right time and on schedule for the project; Managing and providing machinery and equipment, putting labor safety first”
- The Safety and Security Committee plays an important role in ensuring labor safety on the construction site. Accordingly, (Mr.) Trinh Huy Thinh - Head of the ANAT Committee commits to: “Coordinate the project management board and all construction teams on the construction site to arrange and supervise construction work on the construction site in the fields of labor safety and environmental sanitation; With a permanent safety team on the construction site, the project commits to absolutely ensuring labor safety, preventing occupational accidents; Call on you to have a common responsibility to ensure labor safety at the construction site."
