Recently, Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc worked with departments, branches, localities and investors of 3 industrial park projects on project progress and problems that need to be resolved to prepare for the groundbreaking ceremony on August 19.
According to the plan, three industrial parks are about to start construction, including Long Duc 3 Industrial Park with an area of over 244 hectares, with an investment capital of about 1.600 billion VND for infrastructure construction; Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park (phase 1) and Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park (phase 1), each with an area of 1.000 hectares, with an estimated investment capital of about 9.000 billion VND/park.
The total area of 3 industrial parks is more than 2.250 hectares, near Long Thanh airport, and is oriented to become the core to attract strategic investors, develop high-tech industry and modern logistics.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc emphasized the strategic role of the three new industrial parks in the orientation of industrial development associated with Long Thanh airport. At the same time, he requested localities to soon establish a compensation and resettlement support council, a land valuation council and complete the necessary procedures before August 15.
At the meeting, investors and specialized agencies said that the planning work is following the plan. However, the site clearance stage still faces many difficulties, especially the counting and determination of land prices to serve as a basis for compensation. The parties are coordinating with the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and relevant commune authorities to speed up the implementation progress.
In addition, the investor representative recommended that the province soon upgrade provincial road 770B to ensure synchronous traffic connection between the two industrial parks Bau Can - Tan Hiep and Xuan Que - Song Nhan with the main axes.
With large investment scale, prime location and closely directed progress, these three industrial parks are expected to contribute to expanding clean land fund, relieving pressure on attracting investment, and at the same time creating a breakthrough in industrial infrastructure in key satellite areas around Long Thanh airport.
