Yen Binh 3 Industrial Park, Phu Binh district, was approved for investment with a capital scale of more than 4.000 billion VND.
Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha signed a decision approving the investment policy for the project to build and operate infrastructure of Yen Binh 3 Industrial Park, Thai Nguyen province.
The project has a total area of nearly 300 hectares in Diem Thuy and Nga My communes, Phu Binh district (Thai Nguyen province) with one side bordering Yen Binh 2 industrial park. The total investment capital is more than 4.100 billion VND, of which the investor's capital contribution is more than 620 billion VND.
According to the 1/2000 construction zoning plan, the project is oriented to become a multi-industry industrial park, prioritizing projects and products using high technology, information technology, mechanics, and forest exploitation and processing. The project will operate for 50 years and is expected to attract 30.000-35.000 workers.
BMK Group Joint Stock Company is the investor of this industrial park. Established in 2020, this enterprise operates mainly in the real estate business. BMK Group has the strength to invest in industrial clusters in Thai Binh, Thai Nguyen and Bac Giang.
Thai Nguyen currently has 6 industrial parks, of which 5 projects are in operation. By the end of 2024, the industrial parks will have 317 valid investment projects, of which 178 are from foreign investors with nearly 11 billion USD in registered capital.
According to the provincial planning for the 2021-2030 period, Thai Nguyen has over 6.000 hectares of land for industrial development, of which 70% is for industrial parks and the rest is industrial clusters.
Industrial real estate is a segment that maintained growth and led the market last year. In 2025, the supply of this segment promises to be more abundant as many industrial parks are licensed and started construction across the country. Industrial land rental prices in key markets in the North and South may increase by 2-5% per quarter, according to Avison Young.
