2. Conditions for business construction services

The organization of construction services must meet the following conditions corresponding to the capacity class:

Grade I:

The individual in charge of construction in the specialized field has a university or vocational college degree appropriate to the job undertaken. Minimum working time of 03 years for university degree; 05 years for vocational college level;
An individual holding the position of construction site commander must qualify as a Grade I construction site commander appropriate to the field of expertise undertaken. Act as site commander for all projects of the same type as those recorded in the construction supervision practice certificate. Or the same type of project as the site commander.
Technical workers performing jobs have diplomas or certificates of professional training and development consistent with the content of registration for a certificate of competency.
Able to mobilize a sufficient quantity of machinery and equipment to mainly meet the requirements of construction works
Has directly constructed work in the main construction category related to the content of the certificate request of at least 01 project of level I or higher; or 02 works of grade II or higher of the same type.

Class II:

The individual in charge of construction in the specialized field has a university or vocational college degree appropriate to the job undertaken. Minimum working time of 01 year for university degree; 03 years for vocational college level.
An individual holding the position of construction site commander must qualify as a construction site commander of grade II or higher in accordance with the field of expertise undertaken. Be able to work as a construction site commander for projects of level II or lower of the same type as those recorded in the construction supervision practice certificate. Or the same type of project as the site commander.
Technical workers performing construction work have diplomas or certificates of professional training and development
Able to mobilize a sufficient quantity of machinery and equipment to mainly meet the requirements of construction projects.
Has directly constructed work in the main construction category related to the content of the certificate request of at least 01 project of level II or higher; or 02 works of grade III or higher of the same type.

Class III:

The individual in charge of construction in the specialized field has a university or vocational college degree appropriate to the job undertaken.
An individual holding the position of construction site commander must qualify as a construction site commander of level III or higher in accordance with the field of expertise undertaken. Act as site commander for level III and level IV works of the same type as the works recorded in the construction supervision practice certificate. Or the same type as the project that has participated in construction.
Technical workers in charge of construction work have diplomas or certificates of professional training and development.
Able to mobilize a sufficient quantity of machinery and equipment to mainly meet construction requirements.

Scope of work

Class I: Can construct all levels of works of the same type
Class II: Allowed to construct works of class II or lower of the same type
Class III: Allowed to construct works of class III or lower of the same type.
