Pursuant to the provisions of Article 74 of the Construction Law 2014:
[1] Survey tasks and construction inspection technical plans must be prepared in accordance with the type and level of construction work, type of survey, design steps and requirements of construction design.
[2] The construction inspection technical plan must meet the requirements of the construction inspection task and comply with applicable standards and technical regulations on construction inspection.
[3] Construction inspection work must comply with the construction inspection technical plan, ensure safety, protect the environment, meet the requirements of approved construction inspection tasks and be inspected, supervised and accepted according to regulations.
[4] Construction inspection results must be made into a report, ensuring honesty, objectivity, accurately reflecting reality and must be approved.
[5] Construction inspection contractors must meet qualifications appropriate to the type and level of construction work and type of survey.
What are the investor's obligations when conducting a construction survey?
According to Article 76 of the Construction Law 2014, when conducting construction inspection, the investor has the following obligations:
– Select construction inspection contractor, construction inspection supervision in case of not performing construction inspection, construction inspection supervision yourself
– Provide construction inspection contractors with information and documents related to survey work.
– Determine requirements for construction inspection and ensure conditions for construction inspection contractors to perform the work.
– Correctly implement the signed construction inspection contract.
– Organize supervision of construction inspection work; Accept and approve survey results according to the provisions of law.
– Compensate for damages when providing inappropriate information and documents or violating the construction inspection contract.
– Other obligations according to the provisions of the contract and relevant laws.
