JOB DESCRIPTION

• Organize and implement the construction plan and accept the project to meet progress and quality standards when signed with the Investor, then assign and manage staff and workers according to regulations.
• Manage and monitor construction progress of tasks within the assigned scope.
• Provide weekly and monthly construction progress and control the progress of subcontractors.
• Check and make reports on construction progress to superiors and monitor staff reports.
• Organize meetings with direct construction teams and supervisory technical staff to resolve when problems arise.
• Job details will be discussed during interview.
• (The company contracts labor to team leaders to organize construction at the construction site)

REQUEST

• Have minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
• University degree in related major. Priority given to graduates from Hanoi University of Construction.
• Responsible and disciplined, able to withstand work pressure, able to work in a team.
• Long-term commitment, willing to accept the work, progressive, enthusiastic about work.
