JOB DESCRIPTION
- Office and commercial space rental business... at Taiyo Building No. 97 Bach Dang, Thuong Ly, Hong Bang, Hai Phong
- Source customers through channels and approach potential customers to close deals, create customer database, update and store.
- Receive and take care of the company's customers, manage and regularly monitor current customers.
- Support and coordinate with Service teams to solve customer problems and difficult customers.
- Develop ideas, business plans and customer care.
- Participate in company training sessions to improve skills.
- Coordinate with Finance, Accounting and Service Administration departments to make contracts and collect debts.
- Weekly and monthly work reports
- Perform other related duties as required by the Department Head
