DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

Salary: 30.000.000 - 35.000.000

On behalf of the company, work with partners, investors, main contractors, subcontractors...
Organize, manage and direct activities of construction site command boards.
Prepare overall plans for construction implementation at the project
In charge of tasks: establishing project construction progress, establishing construction methods, planning coordination, providing materials and labor for projects.
Approve relevant construction plans of the site command boards
Develop organizational plans and be responsible for managing and operating project boards and site command boards.
Implement subcontractor selection, select economical and effective production and construction plans
Organize the acceptance, handover, and settlement of construction site command boards with partners (investors, subcontractors, etc.)
Organize the administration and management of all work on site costs, engineering, construction of materials, machinery and equipment at the site command boards.

Wage: From 30 million - 35 million VND/month (Depending on capacity and scale of project assigned to manage)
Year-end bonus: 3 months food allowance
Bonus after project completion, acceptance and handover
Working at: The Company's industrial factory construction projects are mainly in the Northern region.

Graduated from university or higher majoring in civil and industrial construction or other related fields.
Have at least 10 years of experience in the construction field, 5 years of experience in a similar management position.
