Working time: From Monday to Saturday every week

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Objective

Carry out domestic purchasing work, ensure timely supply of materials - equipment - accessories for production according to approved plan, technical standards and budget.

The main task

Purchasing & Working with Local Suppliers

Search and build a list of domestic suppliers suitable for production needs
Send a quote request, compare - negotiate - choose the supplier with the best conditions in terms of price, quality and delivery time
Create orders and sales contracts according to internal procedures

Progress tracking & inter-departmental coordination

Track delivery progress, handle issues related to missing goods - wrong goods - defective goods
Coordinate with technical, warehouse and accounting departments to ensure goods are accepted - warehoused - paid on schedule.
Update purchase data to software (Misa/ERP)

Document storage & reporting

Fully archive purchasing records, contracts, quotations
Periodically report progress, costs, and order status to superiors
Participate in periodic supplier inventory and evaluation activities

REQUEST

Sex: Male/Female (Male preferred)
Year old: 23 - 35 years old
Academic level: College/University graduate in Economics, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
Experience: Priority is given to those with 1-2 years of experience in purchasing domestic goods, mechanical materials and production accessories.
Foreign Language: Not required, but knowing Chinese/English is an advantage
Required Skills
- Good communication - negotiation - bargaining
- Basic understanding of engineering/mechanical materials
- Careful, proactive, flexible handling of situations
- Proficient in Excel, accounting/purchasing software
