JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage all activities of the Mechanical and Electrical Department at the factory: human resources, planning, operation and equipment maintenance.
Planning and organizing work implementation maintenance - periodic maintenance, repair of electrical systems, mechanics, machinery and industrial equipment in the factory
Control costs of materials, replacement equipment, propose optimal operating solutions.
Coordinate with production, QA/QC, occupational safety departments… to ensure equipment systems operate efficiently and safely.
Manage team of technicians, technical team leaders, assign and supervise daily work.
Participate in acceptance, improvement of equipment systems, new investments and technical risk assessment.
Training and improving skills for technical staff in the department.

REQUEST

Sex: Male
Level: Graduated from university majoring in Mechanical, Industrial Electrical, Mechatronics or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the electromechanical field, including at least 2 years in the position of department head/deputy head or equivalent.
- Understanding of industrial electrical systems, mechanical machinery, and production equipment.
- Experienced in equipment maintenance and repair at medium and large scale factories.
Skill:
- Good ability to manage personnel and coordinate work
- Know how to read technical drawings, use design software and maintain management
- Have skills in analysis, risk assessment and technical troubleshooting
- Priority is given to candidates with knowledge of ISO, 5S and occupational safety.
