📅 Working hours: Monday to Saturday every week

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage all activities related to production quality control and assurance in the factory.
Build, apply, maintain and improve quality management systems according to ISO standards and related technical standards.
Coordinate with production and technical departments to control input – in-process – output quality.
Organize internal assessments and respond to assessments from customers and certification bodies.
Analyze the cause of errors, propose preventive measures and improve production processes.
Manage and train QC/QA staff in the department.
Drafting, controlling quality documents, inspection procedures, work instructions.
Periodically report to the Board of Directors on quality status and arising issues.

REQUEST

University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, Quality Management or related fields.
Experience ≥ 5 years in QA/QC field at mechanical manufacturing factory; minimum 2 years in equivalent management position.
Understand ISO 9001 standards, quality management systems, and mechanical product quality control processes.
Good leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
Priority is given to candidates who have worked in an environment applying international standards (ISO, 5S, Kaizen...).
