Working time: From Monday to Saturday every week
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage all production activities of the factory: plan, assign personnel, implement and monitor production progress according to production orders and approved plans.
- Manage and optimize production processes to ensure quality, progress, productivity and safety.
- Coordinate with departments (engineering, planning, quality, maintenance, warehouse…) to ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of production teams/groups, team leaders, and workers – make timely adjustments.
- Control production costs, raw materials, and limit waste.
- Organize training and instruct workers on technical processes, regulations - safety - 5S.
- Handle problems arising during production and propose solutions for improvement.
- Advise the Board of Directors on strategies to improve production efficiency.
REQUEST
- Sex: Male
- Qualification: University degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, Mechatronics or equivalent.
- Minimum 05 years of experience in production management position in the field of mechanics/manufacturing/steel structure/container or factory with scale >100 employees.
- Understand production process, human resource management, KPI evaluation, production planning, troubleshooting.
- Good leadership, people management and situation handling skills.
- Priority candidates:
- Experienced in building production processes and implementing 5S/ISO.
- Proficient in Excel and production management software.
- Good communication, systematic thinking, able to withstand high pressure.
