JOB DESCRIPTION

Perform the function of Head of Control Board for Subsidiaries.
Check the reasonableness, legality, honesty and correctness in operating and managing business activities, the systematicity, consistency and appropriateness of statistics, accounting and financial reporting of the company. Group.
Directly participate in inspection, review, detection and timely adjustments according to plans or incidents that arise in the management and reporting of subsidiaries.
Inspect, review and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the control system, internal audit, risk management and early warning operations of subsidiaries.
Research options to boost the Group's finances.
Develop processes to control costs of production and business activities, investment costs and procurement of fixed assets;
Synthesize and analyze data and finances of production and business activities in the Group on a regular and monthly basis to ensure serving the management work of the Board of Directors, helping the Board of Directors come up with optimal business plans, simultaneously. At the same time, develop regulations on financial management in enterprises and submit them to the Board of Directors for promulgation.
Prepare periodic management reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly for the Board of Directors to serve effective management decisions;
Advise and assist the Board of Directors on capital management plans, cash flow, and management models appropriate to the Group's development scale;
Perform other tasks as directed by the Board of Directors

REQUEST

Graduated from University majoring in Auditing, Finance, Accounting (priority is given to National School of Economics, Academy of Finance and Commerce).
Have at least 05 years of experience as head of control board, general accountant, chief accountant at medium-sized corporations or companies or larger.
Have in-depth knowledge of control, auditing, law, and investment.
Have good relationships with banks
Good communication skills, sensitive and flexible
Honest, enthusiastic, able to withstand work pressure.
Comply with the principles of data and information security of the Group during the implementation of control work.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other specialized software
Ability to work independently, analyze/process/oversee problems, handle conflicts and contradictions
Creative, careful, meticulous, honest, straightforward, fair and able to withstand high pressure at work
