JOB DESCRIPTION
- Research the project, survey the area, make a plan for implementation (human resources, material resources, conditions to ensure, issue construction norms, assign work, sign subcontracts, implement construction...)
- Manage the project management board to implement construction, ensuring the correct progress and quality.
- Work with investors, supervision consultants, and subcontractors to implement construction management and assurance.
- Approve project funding and monitor subcontractor progress
- Prepare detailed progress reports on each item and provide timely warnings/proposed solutions to ensure timely implementation.
- Other assigned tasks as directed
REQUEST
- University degree or higher in Civil & Industrial Construction, Construction Engineering
- Have 05 years or more experience in similar position
- Have participated in industrial construction projects
