The Ly Nhan District High-Tech Park covers an area of 663,2 hectares, making it the 5th high-tech park in the country.
The high-tech zone ensures favorable conditions such as transportation connections, healthcare, education, and entertainment to attract consultants to operate there. The high-tech zone is approximately 18 km from Phu Ly city.
The province has invested in convenient transportation routes from the High-Tech Park, connecting to the two high-speed highways: Hanoi – Hai Phong and Cau Gie – Ninh Binh.
In the coming period, Ha Nam province will develop a transportation network connecting to the High-Tech Park to facilitate travel; simultaneously, it will plan a social housing area nearby to provide accommodation for workers; and plan a river port to serve the circulation of goods.
The leaders of the People's Committee of Ha Nam province hope that VSIP will accelerate the progress to start the Ha Nam High-Tech Park development project by the end of 2025; at the same time, they hope VSIP will research investment, promote, and introduce the province's investment environment to Singaporean investors and investors worldwide.

Ha Nam province is committed to supporting businesses in recruiting workers; ensuring security and order for investors; and creating the most favorable conditions to attract investors to operate.
Developing a transportation network connecting to the High-Tech Park will facilitate travel; at the same time, a social housing area near the High-Tech Park will be planned to address the housing needs of workers. The province will also create favorable conditions for investors to plan and build a clean water plant on the Red River and a port on the Red River; striving to have the plan approved by early July 2025. The goal of Ha Nam province is to start construction on this project by the end of 2025.
