2024 marks the 25th anniversary of Hai Long Construction Joint Stock Company (November 02, 11 - November 1999, 02). Hai Long has been constantly developing to become a major industrial construction contractor in Vietnam.
Success creates brand
Established in 1999, from a small metal purlin and sheet metal rolling workshop, after 25 years of operation and development, Hai Long Construction Joint Stock Company has affirmed itself as a prominent enterprise in the field of General Construction Contractor, Design Consulting, Manufacturing and Erection of Steel Structures.
Since its establishment, Hai Long Construction's total revenue has reached over 13.159 billion VND with over 300 projects successfully implemented. The company has also established cooperative relationships with over 100 domestic and foreign partners, contributing to expanding its business network.
Hai Long Construction is proud to own three steel structure factories with a total output of up to 45.000 tons/year. Of which, Dai Thang Factory in Dai Thang Commune, Tien Lang District, Hai Phong City has a factory area of over 30.000 m2. The factory is set up on five main factories with 6 production lines and two modern painting workshops according to the first smart automatic line system (Smartline) in Vietnam.
With the goal of developing and improving production capacity, expanding steel structure products to foreign markets, Hai Long Construction officially established a representative office in Korea in May 05.
According to Mr. Pham Minh Hoang, Chief Representative, Hai Long Construction Representative Office in Korea said: “Recently, the company signed a contract to export nearly 8.000 tons of steel structures to Hanwha Ocean Shipping Company; this is the core shipping company of Hanwha Group, the 7th largest economic group in Korea, ranked 306th in the top 500 largest global corporations voted by Forbes magazine. In addition, Hai Long Construction is implementing a contract with OCI: 1.200 tons of KCT exported to Malaysia, a contract with BHI for 800 tons exported to Korea.".
With 25 years of operation, Hai Long Construction has always affirmed its capacity as a leading general contractor through recognition and evaluation from domestic partners, as well as from many major partners from Japan, Korea, and China. The company has had the opportunity to implement many large projects with "eagle" investors from Korea such as: LG Innotek Project (Production of 14,500 tons of steel structures), LG Display Project (Production of 9,300 tons of steel structures), Amkor Technology Project (Production of 4,500 tons of steel structures).
In addition, there are hundreds of "million dollar" projects for leading partners such as: GNP Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Center Project & GNP Dong Van III Industrial Center Project with each package value of more than 700 billion VND (Gaw Capital Investment Fund); Bujeon Electronics Vietnam Factory Project; Vinfast Automobile Manufacturing Company; Sumitomo Group, etc. are also proof and recognition of the production capacity of partners with Hai Long Construction.
Continuously consolidating and developing strong internal resources, gradually affirming its position as one of the outstanding enterprises in the field of industrial construction and installation general contractors; Hai Long Construction and Installation was honored in the Top 10 Prestigious Infrastructure - Industrial Construction Contractors in 2024 according to Vietnam Report Joint Stock Company. At the announcement ceremony of the Top 500 Largest Private Enterprises in Vietnam (VNR500) in 2023 held in January 1, Hai Long Construction and Installation Joint Stock Company was honored in the VNR2024 ranking.
