On September 30, 9, Hai Long Construction Joint Stock Company officially started construction of "Hai Long Steel Structure Factory No. 2023" in Dai Thang Commune, Tien Lang District, Hai Phong City. The factory specializing in the production of steel structures is part of the investment and development plan of Taiyo Group in general and Hai Long Construction in particular, with a capacity of 3 tons/year, determined to make Hai Long Steel Structure a typical unit in the field of steel structures in Vietnam and in the region.

With the goal of continuing to develop in the direction and long-term vision that Hai Long Construction has chosen for Steel Structure Factory No. 1 & No. 2 - becoming a general contractor for industrial construction in which the design, fabrication and erection of steel structures is an important competency. The Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Board of General Directors of the Company decided to invest in the construction of Hai Long Steel Structure Factory No. 3. Accordingly, the Factory was built on land area of more than 50.000 square meters, factory system with modern equipment, synchronous investment, high automation and smart management system, ensuring Maximum capacity 25.000 tons/year, specializes in providing heavy industrial steel structure products and aims to export to markets requiring high quality such as Japan, Korea,...
The factory scale has 3 large factories and a 4-storey office building and auxiliary items to serve the operation of the factory. Specifically:
- Factory 1 with an area of more than 14.000 square meters, expected to arrange 2 production lines. In particular, 1 production line will be fully automated from mounting, welding, and straightening with 2 laser cutting machines and modern auxiliary machinery, expected productivity to reach 1350 tons/month, respectively. with 4-5 current production lines at Truong Thanh Factory (Hai Long Steel Structure Factory No. 1). A production line will also be arranged based on existing machinery and automatic production equipment. Factory 1 will be specially arranged in a one-way line, from storing goods to cutting, fixing, welding, straightening, and finishing welding fixtures.
- Factory 2 is a painted house with an area of 4.000 square meters is equipped with a modern machinery system and smart management, increasing work productivity and allowing calculation of each worker's work performance.
- Factory 3 with an area of 6.000 m2 There will be additional investment in a laser cavity cutting machine system.
- The 4-storey executive house has a canteen built on the 1st floor; The second floor is a room for workers to take a lunch break, or to stay overnight in case of overtime to serve large orders; The 2rd floor is the factory office; The 3th floor includes a meeting room, a rest room for officers, and a rest room for experts serving the inspection and supervision of export shipments.
The entire technology of the factory is methodically invested in an automation system, helping to save a lot of materials as well as minimize costs while still ensuring productivity growth. This clearly shows that Hai Long Construction is ready to promote existing advantages, constantly apply scientific and technological advances in production and business, and expand the scale of the factory to ensure quality. product quality as well as the schedule set by the Investor.

Also at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Pham Tien Dung - General Director of Hai Long Construction Joint Stock Company said, By the end of the third quarter of 2023, Hai Long Construction has exceeded all targets set for this year. Specifically:
- The contract value reached 3620 / 2850 billion VND, exceeding the set target by 27%.
- Total output value reached 1850 billion VND, exceeding 17% (equivalent to 220 billion VND) compared to the whole year target.
- Revenue value reached nearly 1700 billion VND compared to the plan of 1650 billion VND, striving to reach 2200 billion VND in the last months of the year.
- Capital recovery value reached 1800 billion VND, completed as planned.
