Following the success from the contract to build H2 Factory under Primzen Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd In January 01, Hai Long Construction continued to be trusted by the Investor and signed a contract to implement phase 2022 of the Project.
Factory Project H2 Primzen Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd (Phase 1) at Lot H2, Trang Due Industrial Park, An Duong District, Hai Phong City, Vietnam, with a total investment value of more than 6 million USD and construction time is 300 days.
After completing phase 1 according to the committed schedule, the investor expressed satisfaction with the quality of the work and trusted the reputation of the general contractor Hai Long Construction. The investor decided to sign a contract for the implementation of phase 2 of the project in March 03 with a total contract value of VND 2023 (Fourteen billion zero sixty three million VND) with time construction is 14.063.000.000 days.
The H2 Factory project is considered as a project that plays an important role in taking advantage of the extremely large capacity and management scale. At the same time, this will also be the place to gather human resources, equipment, raw materials, storage and transportation of goods, an essential link for the production and operation of Primzen Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd. .
For phase 2 of the project, the two sides have agreed to add some items such as:
• Workshops and warehouses on the 4th floor including construction, structure, electricity and water, fire protection...
• Making more walls to separate the 3rd floor of the factory floor according to the layout plan.
• All elevator doors are made of stainless steel.
• Adding more elevator pits in the factory, adjusting the location of the reserve elevator pits in the workshop, warehouse and the changes confirmed by the Investor.
Immediately after the contract was signed, Hai Long Construction Management Board urgently assigned tasks to relevant departments and divisions to plan, implement construction methods, and organize personnel to be able to start construction. , build, complete and hand over the project according to the committed schedule of the two parties.
