Hai Long Construction officially assumes the role of Construction Contractor for the EHA Hai Phong Industrial and Logistics Park Project – a project located in the Nam Dinh Vu Free Trade Zone and Industrial Park, within the Dinh Vu – Cat Hai Economic Zone, Hai Phong City.
The project, invested by EHA Hai Phong Industrial Development Joint Stock Company, is being implemented on a total area of 9 hectares, of which the construction area is 58.510 m².
The project focuses on developing pre-built factory and warehouse models to international standards, with factory models starting from 2.500m2 and mixed-use factory models from 3.300m2, allowing flexibility from production to warehousing – all within the same integrated premises, serving diverse needs of tenant investors.
All structures in the EHA Hai Phong project are designed and constructed according to ESG standards – an international framework for assessing Environment, Social, and Governance.
This means that every technical detail in the blueprint – from wastewater treatment systems and energy-efficient lighting solutions to building materials and construction processes – is considered through the lens of ESG standards.
As the contractor, Hai Long is responsible for key items such as:

03 factory and office buildings with a total area of over 41.000 m²

01 warehouse and office building with an area of over 14.000 m²
- The project includes auxiliary buildings, a wastewater treatment system, a guardhouse, a fire safety control room, and other integrated technical infrastructure.
At this time, the construction team is focusing all its efforts on the foundation – the least visible phase, but one that determines the stability of the entire structure. According to the plan, the entire construction will be completed by August 2026.
Prior to EHA Hai Phong, Hai Long had already made its mark on the Tan Cang Lach Huyen Logistics Warehouse Project – one of the strategic logistics clusters at the northern deep-water port.
That experience is demonstrated in how the team handles each field situation, optimizing progress without compromising quality and workplace safety. The EHA Hai Phong project is the next step in that journey. And Hai Long is building it with all the skills honed through each project.
