Hai Long Construction has proactively grasped the development trend of the Vietnamese construction market - a period of increasing urbanization and demand for infrastructure and industrial investment. The company focuses on synchronous development of general contractor services, from design consulting, production, steel structure installation to project completion, fully meeting the needs of investors.
At the end of fiscal year 2024, Hai Long Construction recorded revenue of VND 2.455 billion, total contract value of VND 3.451 billion and steel structure output of 23.000 tons. These results demonstrate the company's adaptability during the transition period, while also reflecting the general growth trend of the entire industry, especially in the infrastructure and industrial segment - a sector that is forecast to continue to lead the market in 2025.
Expand scale, enhance brand
Adhering to the sustainable development strategy, Hai Long Construction has continuously invested in expanding production scale, improving management capacity and applying new technology to project operations. In 2024, the company put into operation Dai Thang Factory - a modern steel structure factory equipped with the first intelligent automatic production line in Vietnam. Thanks to that, the total output of steel structures was increased to 45.000 tons/year, not only helping to improve production capacity but also opening up a strong step forward in export activities. Since the end of 2024, Hai Long Construction has continuously signed and implemented steel structure export orders with a total volume of 10.000 tons for many major partners such as Hanwha Ocean (Korea), OCI (Malaysia), BHI (Korea).
The company also focuses on developing high-quality human resources and training staff - key factors that help Hai Long Construction ensure progress, quality and safety when implementing "million-dollar" projects for hundreds of major partners such as: LG, Amkor, Hyundai, Vinfast, Sumitomo, Ton Thep Viet Phap, Nhom Viet Dung, GNP, UDElectronics ... gradually affirming its position as one of the outstanding enterprises in this field. Outstanding project marks in the first quarter of 2025: Positive signal for a prosperous year for Hai Long Construction
The first three months of 2025 recorded many positive signals from the production and business activities of Hai Long Construction Joint Stock Company.
Specifically, in the first quarter of 2025, Hai Long Construction held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Viet Dung Aluminum Finishing Materials Factory project in Ba Thien Industrial Park (Vinh Phuc) with a total investment of VND 830 billion and a construction area of nearly 60.000 m².
Also during this period, the company completed and handed over the Pourin Special Welding Vietnam Factory in Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park (Hai Phong); the UDElectronics Vietnam Factory in Thai Ha Industrial Park (Ha Nam) was also inaugurated on schedule.
The results achieved in the first three months of 2025 show that Hai Long Construction is maintaining stable growth momentum, while continuing to affirm its general contractor capacity and brand position in the industrial construction market.
