On February 7th, 2026, Hai Long Construction Joint Stock Company successfully held its "Year-End Review Conference for 2025" in an emotional atmosphere, with the participation of the Board of Directors and all office staff. This not only marks the end of 2025 but also the beginning of new strategic and personnel changes, ready to propel Hai Long to greater heights.
Before the entire conference, the heartfelt remarks of Mr. Pham Anh Tien – Chairman of Taiyo Group and Mr. Pham Tien Dung – General Director of Hai Long Construction Joint Stock Company, acknowledged and highly appreciated the spirit of unity and creativity of all employees, together summarizing a year 2025 with many outstanding achievements:
- The company's total revenue reached 1.865 billion VND.
- The total contract value reached 3.028 billion VND.
- Steel structure production reached 21.633 tons, including 3.033 tons of high-quality steel structures.
- Complete and hand over 5 consecutive projects in 2025.
- The signing and groundbreaking ceremonies were held for 5 key projects: Viet Dung Aluminum Factory Project; Revotool Vietnam Factory Project – Phase 1; Gabriel Vietnam Manufacturing Plant Project; GIS High-Tech Electronic Component Manufacturing Plant Project; and Tan Cang Lach Huyen Logistics Center Project.
At the same time, the leadership team also expressed their deep gratitude to the staff for their unwavering support in overcoming this challenging transitional period. With a focus on promoting technology application as a crucial step in development, Hai Long is ready for an even more successful 2026, further solidifying its position as one of the Top 10 reputable Infrastructure and Industrial Contractors.
And to realize the above goal, the key factor is a leadership team with sufficient dedication and competence. Therefore, at this significant moment of the conference, the company's leadership decided to reorganize its senior management team. These are individuals with strong character, who have made significant contributions and have been entrusted with new responsibilities in the journey ahead. Accordingly:
- Appointing Mr. Pham Minh Hoang as Deputy General Director.
- Appointing Mr. Tran Ngoc Ba as Head of Construction Management Department.
- Appointing Mr. Tran Tien Hung to the position of Deputy Head of the Construction Management Department.
These appointments are not only a well-deserved recognition of the individuals' capabilities and dedication, but also a strong commitment from the leadership team to building a promising successor team. Hai Long Construction expects to make new strides in quality and progress at all projects nationwide.
