On June 20, 06, Hai Long Construction Joint Stock Company and Weldcom Industry Joint Stock Company signed a contract to install a smart steel structure production line in Ho Chi Minh City. Hai Long Steel Structure Factory No. 3.
Attending the signing ceremony, Hai Long Construction Joint Stock Company had (Mr.) Pham Anh Tien - Chairman of Taiyo Group; (Mr.) Pham Tien Dung – General Director. As for Weldcom Industrial Joint Stock Company, there is (Mr.) Ho Hong Thien - Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director; (Mrs.) Ho Thi Nga – Deputy General Director. The signing ceremony took place solemnly under the witness of representatives of the Board of Directors two businesses.
According to the cooperation agreement, Weldcom will supply and install Smart Line and Auto Line lines for Hai Long Steel Structure Factory No. 3, producing KCT applying the most advanced technology today. The line includes highly automated systems, helping to optimize production processes, improve productivity and product quality, while saving costs and labor. The factory will be invested in and synchronized with modern equipment and a smart management system, with an expected maximum capacity of up to 45.000 tons/year.
With this strategic cooperation, Hai Long and Weldcom set the following goals:
- Improving steel structure production capacity, determined to make Hai Long Steel Structure a typical unit in the field of steel structures in Vietnam and in the region.
- Hai Long Steel Structure will aim to export to markets requiring high quality such as Japan, Korea,... with heavy industrial steel structure products.
At the signing ceremony, the two sides shared experiences, visions and future development strategies. Chairman Pham Anh Tien affirmed the importance of cooperation with Weldcom, and shared that in the process of cooperation with Weldcom, we will continue to integrate and apply automation to optimize the KCT production stage, with The goal is to improve product quality and reduce costs.
General Director of Weldcom – (Mr.) Ho Hong Thien commits to always prioritize resources to coordinate with Hai Long in the process of updating, improving & upgrading lines to help increase output and optimize costs; Meet service standards to ensure production progress and work performance. The two sides will work together to promote communication and transaction efficiency on a mutually beneficial platform.
Hai Long Steel Structure Factory No. 3 is the next milestone on the development journey according to the direction and long-term vision that Hai Long Construction has chosen for Steel Structure Factory No. 1 & No. 2 - becoming a total Industrial construction contractor, in which the design, fabrication and erection of steel structures is an important competency.
Once completed and put into operation, Hai Long's Steel Structure production capacity will increase significantly, meeting the diverse needs and increasing demands of customers in terms of quality and progress, contributing improving the working environment and attracting FDI investment in Hai Phong in particular and Vietnam in general, creating more job opportunities and being the basis for stability for workers, contributing to the social security, development of the city and country and continue to gradually complete the strategic, long-term goals that the Company and the Group have set.
