Following the success of the LG Display Factory project with a contract to supply 9300 tons of steel structures, Hai Long Construction continues to be a reputable partner chosen to provide steel structures for LG Innotek project with output up to 14.000 tons. The inheritance and upgrade from the previous project has proven the value and class of Hai Long Construction in the field of steel structure production and erection.
After three months of implementation, up to now, Hai Long Construction has successfully completed 85% of the volume of steel structures handed over from the contractor, specifically about 10.000 tons. Every day, Hai Long Steel Structure Factory transports about 160 tons of steel structures, including 5 columns and main beams and auxiliary beams accompanying the columns.
During the production process, it is impossible not to mention the difficulties of schedule pressure from the investor and contractor. Realizing the importance of maintaining progress, the Board of Directors decided to invest heavily in new machinery and equipment. Including 2 30kw fiber laser cutting machines, 14m long cutting table, 2 boom drilling machines, and many other supporting machinery and equipment. This decision not only helps improve performance but also ensures the highest product quality. At the same time, every process is closely monitored, ensuring that each step meets quality and safety criteria. The factory is expected to be completed 5-10 days ahead of schedule committed to the investor and general contractor.
