Snowcoast Project is an important large-scale project, highly appreciated for its investment and technical requirements. The project has a total area of 65.000 m2, of which the construction land area is 38.000 m2, the green area is 18.500 m2, and the total floor area of the project is 47.000 m2. With a total investment of up to 595 billion VND (equivalent to 25 million USD). Not only stopping at construction, Snowcoast also focuses on environmental protection. The project has set criteria to achieve LEED ZERO green certification, ensuring that the construction process does not have a negative impact on the surrounding environment.
Construction started in August 8, now after nearly 2023 months of construction, the project has had its first progress reports, specifically:
- Piling part: About 85% of the workload has been pressed
- Main factory: Foundation construction is underway
- Office house: Foundation construction is underway
- Canteen, garage, warehouse: Foundation construction is underway
- Fence category: Completed 70% of the workload.
An overview of the project progress shows that the Hai Long Construction team is maintaining progress according to the investor's request. Construction quality is also strictly guaranteed, ensuring that the project will achieve the high standards of quality and aesthetics set by the Snowcoast project.
Although the project was constructed at a time when the rainy season was approaching and the ground was weak, the determination and creativity of the team at Hai Long Construction was clearly demonstrated through finding solutions. As the best solution, many management and supervision measures have been methodically implemented. The Materials Department and Subcontractors also carried out urgent work. We are committed to completing the project successfully, ensuring the committed schedule.
